By accessing or using Routina (the "Service"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Routina is a family routine management application that allows parents to create daily schedules for their children, track task completion, and manage a reward system. The Service is provided free of charge and is supported by kid-safe, contextual advertising through Kidoz.
Parent accounts are created using email, Google, or Apple sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Child accounts use anonymous 6-digit access codes generated by parent accounts — children do not create separate accounts. You may invite co-parents to your family space by email; each co-parent must agree to these Terms independently.
Routina is designed for use by parents on behalf of their children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Children access the app anonymously via a 6-digit code. All advertising is delivered through Kidoz, a COPPA-compliant partner that uses only contextual targeting. You agree to use Routina only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws, transmit harmful or offensive content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, or use the Service for commercial purposes without our written consent.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Routina and are protected by international copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create within the Service (such as routine names and reward catalogues).
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Routina shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable jurisdiction.
